The Sun-ROOF innovative modular mounting system with very few components makes connection to the roof by means of our Universal tile roof hook, hanger bolt and mounting rails and clamps provide for a robust locked fastening of the PV modules. The Sun-ROOF mounting systems are delivered in anodized Black and Alu color.

In Roof Systems (BIPV)
The Sun-FAST In Roof concept replaces the tile roof covering and aesthetically integrates the solar panels in the roof or as whole roof. Installation is very easy. The concept consists of only a few components. The water proof water-draining layer consists of full-surface HDPE plates and a special PR 115 double aluminum rail system.

Sun-ROOF 10
Sun-Roof 10 degree is for East/West and South installation and properly the Worlds fastest and cheapest flat roof installation system with only 4 screws/panel. The Sun-Roof 10 degree system is particularly suitable for both small and larger flat roofs with high load and with limited load capacity.
The Sun-Roof 10 degree can be mounted with special glue for SBS bitumen or in combination with ballast and mechanically fixation using the PR Integrated fixation plate. The PV Panels are NOT supported at PV panel corners like most other flat roof concepts, but at the PV factory recommended mounting holes at the aluminum frames so PV panels guarantees are not void.

Sun-ROOF 0
The Sun-ROOF 0 degree concept is for roof applications with very limited roof load capacity and no option for ballast or mechanically fixation.
The solar panels will have very little windload or none as only 40 mm airspace below the solar panels.
Mounting: The Double rails are glued to the roof surface with our SG20 glue (please observe required temperature). The roof surface most be free of any loose debris or grease to secure correct bonding.
To secure rain water on the roof can drain effectively, please make space between the double rails, so no end to end connections. The solar panels can still span over two or more rails.

Integrated Fixation plate
The Integrated Fixation plate is a corrosion protected high density steel plate with an inside M10 stainless steel nut welded for the L feet mounting. Used if mechanically fixation is needed for flat roof with mounting rails – for both cold and warm roof installation over either wood covering or steel plate roof.
